Complete Transformation of a 1960s original Block of 7 Apartments

Sorted Projects undertook the comprehensive renovation of a seven-apartment, Class 2 building originally constructed in the 1960s. The project involved stripping the building back to its bones. With a full upgrade of all interiors, common areas, and external façades — transforming the property into a modern, compliant, and beautifully finished residential complex.

Every apartment was completely reimagined to meet current building standards and the expectations of contemporary living. Works included structural upgrades, new services, fire compliance improvements, and full interior fitouts featuring bespoke kitchens, premium bathrooms, and high-quality finishes throughout.

Externally, the building received a complete façade refresh, new balconies, glazing, and landscaping, restoring its architectural integrity while enhancing durability and visual appeal.

Working within a Class 2 regulatory framework, Sorted Projects managed the renovation with precision — coordinating with consultants, strata, and residents to ensure seamless compliance and delivery.
