  A standout feature of the renovation, the kitchen includes custom joinery, integrated appliances, and a spotted gum timber servery that connects beautifully with the apartment’s natural surroundings.
• Bedrooms & Home Office Upgrade:
  Both bedrooms and the newly created home office were reimagined with improved layout, lighting, and finishes to support modern living and working.
• New Windows & Doors (External):
  All external windows and doors were replaced to improve energy efficiency, aesthetics, and connection to the harbour views.
• Spotted Gum Internal Window Sills:
  Custom spotted gum sills were installed throughout, adding warmth and continuity to the design palette.
• New Flooring & Lighting:
  Premium flooring and a layered lighting scheme were introduced to elevate
  the mood and functionality of each space.
• Curtains & Carpets:
  Elegant curtains set a sophisticated tone, while designer-grade carpet adds texture and comfort, enhancing the apartment’s luxurious feel.

Built to Code–Class 2 Compliance:
All works were completed under the Class 2 Building Practitioners Act, ensuring full compliance with NSW building regulations and delivering a safe, high-quality result.
