Set in the heart of Cronulla, this beautifully reimagined two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment captures sweeping views across Shark Island and the Pacific Ocean. This renovation gave Sorted Projects the opportunity to deliver a full transformation that blends coastal elegance with modern functionality.

Scope of Works on this project was:

• Complete Internal Strip-Out:
  The apartment was taken back to its core structure to allow for a fresh,
  cohesive redesign.
• Internal Masonry Wall Removal:
  Strategic wall removal opened up the living space, enhancing natural light and
  creating a seamless flow between kitchen, dining, and lounge areas.
• Open-Plan Bathroom Design:
  Both bathrooms were reconfigured with a focus on space, light, and luxury —featuring walk-in showers, premium fixtures, and minimalist finishes.
• Custom Kitchen & Laundry Joinery:
  Bespoke cabinetry was designed to maximize storage
  and style, using high-end materials and finishes that reflect the apartment’s coastal setting.
• New Flooring & Colour Palette:
  Carefully selected flooring and a soft, ocean-inspired colour scheme were
  chosen to enhance the apartment’s connection to the sea and sky.

Built to Code – Class 2 Compliance:
All works were completed in accordance with the Class 2 Building Practitioners Act, ensuring full compliance with NSW’s latest construction and safety standards. The renovation reflects a commitment to quality, durability, and regulatory excellence.
