Two bathrooms and rear backyard and home office renovation.

Sorted Projects was pleased to be asked to renovate the upstairs bathroom and
ensuite, back deck and home office to give the clients and quality and user friendly
out come for this young family.
It was great to return to this project as our Director Pat Thompson was the builder on
the original development in his previous role.

Where we were involved:

• Upstairs Ensuite and Bathroom:
  • A modern, sculptural design featuring curved elements that echo the form of the freestanding bath.
  • Integrated toilet and concealed plumbing for a clean, minimalist look.
  • Premium finishes and fixtures chosen to complement the soft geometry
    and enhance the spa-like feel.
• Custom Reflective Window Installation:
  • A sleek, architecturally designed window with reflective glass, offering both privacy and a panoramic view across the newly renovated deck.
  • Positioned to enhance natural light and create a serene, inspiring
    atmosphere – ideal for a home office or creative space.
• Backyard Elevation & Decking:
  • The rear of the property was elevated with custom timber decking, designed for durability and aesthetic appeal.
  • The deck creates a seamless transition from indoor to outdoor living, perfect for entertaining or relaxing in nature.

The Result:

This phase of the renovation brings a refined elegance to the property, with thoughtful design choices that enhance both form and function. From the curved bathroom architecture to the elevated outdoor living space, every detail was crafted to improve lifestyle and visual harmony.
